Mission StatementLand 0' Lakes Community Services plans, develops, and provides a continuum of services so that care is available for the well being of all members of the community. The agency will encourage self-reliance among clients while delivering services. Agency Overview Our agency provides social services to individuals and families living primarily in the township of Addington Highlands. We primarily service 5 distinct villages and their surrounding populations: Kaladar, Flinton, Northbrook and Cloyne in the south (ward 1) and Denbigh in the north (ward 2). Our Land O'Lakes Women's program also services the northern part of Frontenac County. Currently the agency offers 3 programs to the com¬munity. The Adult Protective Services program, the Community Support program and the Land O'Lakes Women's program. Land 0' Lakes Community Services has over 150 volunteers who assist in delivering many of the agency's services. |
